The Queen celebrates her 96th birthday today
The Lieutenant Governor has sent the Lord of Mann his best wishes on her 96th birthday.
Sir John Lorimer is the Queen's representative here on the Island.
He's extended 'our loyal greetings, heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Her Majesty The Queen' to mark the occasion.
