A candidate in a House of Keys by-election says the party he represents is far more than just a critic of government.
Service manager and mental health nurse Keith Fitton will challenge former MHK and Douglas councillor Bill Malarkey in a contest in South Douglas - made possible following David Cretney’s elevation to the Legislative Council.
