Claims no cohesive plan has been put forward
LibVan leader Kate Beecroft MHK is set to use the first Tynwald sitting of the year to identify the government's main priorities before the end of Parliament.
The member for South Douglas claims - aside from the three points repeatedly made by Allan Bell - a cohesive plan has never been put forward.
Chief Minister Allan Bell has underlined his administration's commitment to protecting the vulnerable, growing the economy and balancing the budget.
But Ms Beecroft wants to know if there's also focus elsewhere:
