Dispute with NASUWT described as 'very complicated'
Liberal Vannin says arbitration is the best solution for government and the NASUWT.
The political party has described the dispute between the teaching union and the education department as a 'very complicated issue'.
Chair Paul Weatherall says while people have the right to strike, no one wants to see pupils missing out on classes.
