Belief we can change the way we live and work
Changes to the way we are living during the Covid-19 crisis will help us reach climate change targets.
That's the belief of Enterprise Minister Laurence Skelly.
Today the International Energy Agency is reporting worldwide emissions have fallen by a record 8% because of lockdowns to combat Coronavirus.
Mr Skelly says discussions ahead of introducing the Climate Change Bill had focused on about 50 goals including the way civil servants work:
Immigration changes designed to stop exploitation by 'bad eggs'
Plantation wood, telegraph poles and Satnav to be discussed in the House of Keys
Contingency budget for horse tram tracks 'significantly increased'
