Competitors encouraged to rekki course

There's still time to get involved in the Island's only off-road triathlon.

Granite Mann will be back in action on 19 September.

Hosted by The Children's Centre, the event is taking place at Cringle Reservoir and you can compete either individually or in teams.

Lindsay Smith from sponsors Browne Craine Co is encouraging people to get familiar with the course beforehand:

You have to be over 18 to enter and can either do so individually or as a team.

The closing date to get involved is Tuesday, 14 September.
