Hooper's amendments to Charities Registration Bill denied
An MHK says legislative Council should keep out of policy decisions.
Lawrie Hooper was speaking after his amendment to the Charities Registration and Regulation Bill, which originated in LegCo.
But Leg Co said no to his amendment, with Tayna August-Hanson the only member to support it.
