The Simon Andrews Legacy Lap has been cancelled due to the weather conditions.
Police confirmed the decision has been taken due to safety concerns.
The event, named after TT racer Simon Andrews who died after a crash at the North West 200 in 2014, honours all fallen riders, and had been due to get underway at 10am.
