Residents have concerns about the design
The new bridge in lower Laxey is set to open to traffic later today.
Severe flooding last December saw the original bridge destroyed as a school bus was crossing it.
Many residents have raised concerns over the bridge's new design, as well as the amount of time it's taken to restore.
Officials say it will be open from 4pm.
