Minister hails importance of in-work security
A senior government minister hasn't ruled out trying to change the law to move away from zero-hours contracts.
Business leaders have previously supported the contracts, arguing they allow flexibility for workers and opportunities for extra income.
However, they have also attracted criticism due to the lack of job stability they provide.
