Tram plans 'sensible compromise' for prom

Friends of Tramway in favour of single track for sea terminal end

The latest plans for the horse trams are a "very sensible compromise"

That's the view of the Friends of Douglas Bay Tramway following Tynwalds decision this week to retain the trams along the full length of the prom - but with just a single line between the war memorial and the sea terminal.
