MERS brands prom saga a mess
A well-known figure in the debate over the regeneration of Douglas promenade has predicted the saga will drag on a lot longer.
Tynwald opted to retain the full length of the horse tram service - on just a single line - by 17 votes to 14 on Tuesday (17 Jan).
The Secretary of the Manx Electric Railway Society (MERS) isn't happy, though.
