Last chance to respond to consultation on nicotine and tobacco sales

Bill seeks to prevent those born after 2008 from being able to buy tobacco products

Today (March 26th) is the final day to submit opinions on proposals for a generational ban the sale of all nicotine products.

A House of Keys committee is due to consider proposals for a Private Member's Bill on the subject of tobacco and nicotine controls.

Rushen MHK Michelle Haywood brought forward the bill, seeking to ban the sale of tobacco products to those born after 2008.
