Cabinet Office Minister hopes new laws make position clearer for teachers

A lack of age restrictions on electronic cigarettes is putting schools in a difficult position when they catch students vaping.

That's from the cabinet office minister as new laws to make it illegal to sell e-cigarette and vaping products to under 18s took their first steps in the House of Keys.

The UK already has legislation preventing the devices being sold to children, while a public consultation here earlier this year showed strong support for age restrictions.
