Lack of new-builds in the east 'challenging'

High demand around popular areas

A lack of housing stock in the £250,000-£500,000 range is a challenge for the market here.

That's the view of one of the directors at estate agent Black Grace Cowley, Tim Groves.

He says there's a particular issue with this in the east of the Island, where there are large concentrations of people, and there is high demand for new-builds.
