Former Chief Minister urges local authorities to support retail sector
The Island's towns and villages have to offer free parking to support the retail sector.
That's the view of former Chief Minister and businessman Tony Brown.
He believes local authorities and government have to make areas outside Douglas attractive to shoppers in order for local shops to be successful.
