Companies across island have growing vacancies
Companies across the Isle of Man are struggling to fill vacant positions.
Recruitment agencies are reporting that labour shortages seem to be most evident in respect to lower and middle level posts.
Sharon Kissack is from Ambitions.
She says the problem isn't confined to any specific areas of the job market:
At the end of July there were 445 people out of work.
