August sees 50 years since the tragic event
Politicians in Westminster are expected to debate the 50th anniversary of the Summerland fire later this afternoon.
Labour MP Justin Madders will bring forward the discussion in the House of Commons.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Alfred Cannan is due to make a statement in Tynwald next week.
The Isle of Man will mark half a century since the devastating fire on 2 August.
