Laa Columb Killey takes place in Arbory in the field opposite the primary school in Ballabeg.
The fair includes exhibitions of fruit, vegetables, flowers and handicrafts.
There are also sports and the famous tea tent.
The procession from the Parish Hall to the field starts at 2.30pm.
Hampton Oates will then officially open proceedings and crown the festival princess.
