Twenty-one questions up for discussion before no confidence vote

There are three starred priority questions for Government Ministers to consider today. (Tuesday Oct 29) 

They will be followed by eighteen un-starred questions, before, if the members stick to the schedule, we move to a motion of no confidence in the Chief Minister.

The starred questions cover mobile phone use in schools, rising postal costs, and flooding at Ramsey's Gibbs Park - that’s off the Jurby Road.

Mr Hooper has a number of questions ranging from Manx Cares financial concerns, the homelessness strategy funding and its delay, and issues at the Northern Amenity Site.

Ms Edge asks six questions including registered childcare places and research into a putative Island educational campus.

Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse inquires about bus driver training, the cost of planning the new Balthane Roundabout, the Cair Vie Windfarm and charging bands for Isle of Man Energy.

There are two second readings, the Charities Registration Bill and The Treasury Bill.
