Hooper thanks Keys for support
Members of the Keys have allowed the fast tracking of an amendment to the Manx Care Bill through the House.
Its aim is to enable complaints procedures to be carried out, after the wording in the original Bill was found to fall outside its intended scope.
Health Minister, Lawrie Hooper, says he would have been happy to stand with whatever decision Keys had taken:
