PAC makes six recommendations which will go before Tynwald
A damning report from the Public Accounts Committee into the failures that have blighted the Liverpool Ferry Terminal project will be laid before Tynwald in February next year.
The 74-page document highlights a rushed delivery timetable, inadequate planning and initial budgeting that was described as hopelessly ambitious.
The committee has made six recommendations which will go before the court in 2024.
