Former Onchan member says problem is getting worse
Former Onchan MHK Peter Karran has called the lack of affordable housing on the Island a "social cancer".
He's been speaking on a live Mannin Line budget special.
Overall, he thinks the budget is good for the most vulnerable in society, but he thinks housing is the biggest issue which hasn't been addressed properly:-
