Last bus will leave Douglas at 12:15am this festive season
It has "just not been possible" to staff bus services into the early hours of the morning this year.
Isle of Man Transport has confirmed that the Night Owl services it usually offers until 1.15am will instead leave Douglas at 12:15 at the latest this festive period.
Infrastructure Minister Chris Thomas says the schedule has been available online for some time, and has only garnered a response since it was shared on social media.
He's encouraging people to use private sector alternatives if they want to stay out later:
