Outdoor exploration in Llanberis
Students from one of the Island's primary schools have been on an adventure in North Wales.
Jurby Community School's year five and six pupils have spent the last year developing their outdoor skills, with Ardwhallan Outdoor Education Centre.
Their programme concluded with a trip to Llanberis, where they had the most basic facilities and had to consider their water usage due to the heat wave.
The warm weather also meant that some activities had to be adapted, but the children completed their expedition in style by canoeing along the Chirk Aqueduct and across the border into England.
