Paint the town red. . . blue, yellow and white . .
There's a chance to go crazy with colour this weekend, and do something wild - but legal - and help a charity at the same time!
The hospice is holding its fourth Colour Me Rainbow fun-run along Douglas prom, ahead of Sunday's carnival ( 16 July).
Fund-raisers will set off from the Castle Mona arcade at 2.30pm, half an hour before the carnival floats leave from Summerland.
Those taking part - solos or teams - will be showered with powder paint from seven 'colour stations' sponsored by local businesses, as they run to the Sefton Hotel.
The stunt ends with a paint party on the beach opposite Broadway.
Organiser Sharon Connor says it's an eye-catching, fun event:
Hospice still wants more runners to take part - solos or teams - you can sign-up in advance, or by 2pm at the start line on Sunday.
