A dozen people missing after incident at block of flats
Police say one person's died and around a dozen are missing after an explosion at a block of flats in Jersey, IRN reports.
It happened in the fellow Crown Dependency's capital St Helier this morning.
A fire's been put out and emergency services are searching the scene.
