
The Jersey 2015 NatWest Island Games has made it onto a list of the top ten sporting events to see this year.
The Independent newspaper ranks it alongside The Ashes, The Rugby World Cup and cycling's Tour de Yorkshire.
The write-up says "athletes from 25 island nations around the world will meet in Jersey to compete in this Olympics-style multi-sports event".
