Filbey's owners reflect on 'difficult decision' to stop operating food truck
The owners of a popular Manx food truck say it's just not sustainable to continue the business in the current climate.
Last week, Filbey's announced it had made the 'difficult decision' to shut up shop at the end of the year.
Among some of the issues cited were the rising cost of produce and ingredients and VAT charges.
