Event expected to make its return in 2022
The organiser of the Manx 100 Mountain Bike race says it would make his Christmas, and year, if he could sit down with those who sabotaged this year's event.
Days before the race was due to get underway in July, flags guiding participants around the course were tampered with.
Unable to correct the markings in time, the event was called off.
Nigel Morris, the Chair of the Manx Mountain Bike Club, says plans are in place to see the Manx 100 back in 2022:
