Project now expected to cost £70million to complete
The infrastructure minister says he's concerned the Isle of Man could be seen as a 'soft touch' after the cost of a new ferry terminal 'spiralled' out of control.
Tim Crookall will go back to Tynwald next week to ask for an additional £32 million in order to bring the Liverpool build to completion.
