Hundreds offer support to refugees
The Isle of Man has shown great compassion and solidarity towards the people of Ukraine.
That's from the cabinet office minister who says the number of people who've offered support - which on Tuesday stood at more than 260 - will no doubt have increased.
This week Tynwald voted unanimously to support Ukrainian sovereignty, democracy and independence in light of the Russian invasion.
Kate Lord-Brennan says there's still work to do before refugees arrive on-Island, but public feeling is clear:
Minister Lord-Brennan also chairs the Ukraine Relief Committee - co-ordinating communications and assessing the appropriate options for Council of Ministers.
Those wishing to offer their support to Ukrainian refugees can contact government via Ukrainesupport@gov.im.
