Energy provider allegedly took 'actual' reading whilst customer was on holiday
A customer of Isle of Man Energy says he's still waiting for the company to deal with an incorrect billing issue dating back to October last year.
Ian Bradshaw from Onchan received a bill described as an actual reading. At the time it was supposed to have taken place he was on holiday and his property was securely locked.
Mr Bradshaw says the real reading was considerably less that the bill he received.
Despite numerous calls and emails he says he's still waiting for a satisfactory response.
Manx Radio has contacted Isle of Man Energy and requested an interview in respect of problems with its billing system.
