Those aged 15 are eligible for the programme
The Isle of Man Constabulary are seeking applications for the next cohort of Volunteer Police Youth scheme.
Those applying must be 15-years-old and will be required to commit to a two-year programme which runs throughout the course of the school term.
Alongside learning new skills, they’ll have the opportunity to support police at community events and work with local groups on issues being faced.
The Youth Scheme will get underway from 8 November with weekly sessions between 6.30pm to 8.30pm.
Twelve places are available.
A selection process will occur on 22 October at the Police Training Centre in Port Erin.
The closing date for applications is 13 October - anyone wishing to apply can do so HERE.
