Currently operating with 24 fewer officers than budgeted
The Island's chief constable says good progress is being made when it comes to recruitment.
It comes after the starting pay for officers was increased in July.
Currently the force is operating with 24 fewer officers than it has budgeted.
But Russ Foster says their recent recruitment campaign has been a success:
