UK paper says Island appeals to young entrepreneurs
The Isle of Man has been labelled a 'new Silicon Valley' by a leading British newspaper.
The Times of London has featured the Island in a 'market intelligence' article this week, which reports on the attraction of its technology sector.
Making reference to the Enterprise program 'Locate', it highlights a plan which aims to turn the Island into 'an Irish Sea version of California'.
Writer David Byers says the government's ambition is to lure young entrepreneurs with a mix of low taxes and lifestyle.
