Charity out to raise awareness
The Island's 'invisible' homelessness problem is far greater than previously thought, according to a local charity.
Housing Matters will be taking to Strand Street today, to bring public attention to the issue.
The organisation, which offers support to those living precariously, says the Island is suffering from a 'sofa surfing epidemic'.
In 2017, 585 different individuals came to volunteers for help.
