Tynwald committee to quiz agriculture bosses
The Island's farming and food production sectors will be under the spotlight at a Tynwald committee hearing next week (Friday, 16 October).
The Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee will be quizzing agriculture bosses in public.
They'll be speaking to minister Geoffrey Boot and his department's CEO, Richard Lole, at 10:30, followed by the three men at the helm of Isle of Man Meats - its Chairman, Tim Baker MHK, Managing Director Andrew Lees and Meat Plant Director Phil Parsons.
Those discussions will take place in the Legislative Council Chamber in Douglas, and members of the public are welcome to attend.
You can also listen in - live - on the Tynwald website.
The committee's made up of MHKs Clare Barber and Chris Robertshaw, plus Rob Mercer MLC.
