Tyler Livesey heads to Ruya and La Petite Maison
The Island's Chef of the Year hopes to impress top culinary experts in London in two placements.
Tyler Livesey is the head chef at Jean-Pierre's Bistro in Ramsey and picked up the top title at the food and drink festival.
He will be travelling to London this week, 9 and 10 January, to redeem his prize - a placement at Ruya and La Petite Maison, organised by Colby-born chef Colin Clague.
