Island veering towards ‘constitutional crisis’
The Isle of Man will be at the centre of a ‘constitutional crisis’ unless it acts quickly to resolve the future of its Attorney General.
That’s the view of a North Douglas MHK after it was confirmed legal action had begun against the Lieutenant Governor.
Stephen Harding remains on a precautionary suspension, 19 months after charges of perjury and committing acts against public justice were dropped.
