
Prospect's new general secretary says as the Manx government looks to privatise some services, it should learn from the mistakes of its United Kingdom counterpart.
Mike Clancy was on the Island yesterday to meet with representatives and members of the union.
Their concerns included pay constraints and freezes, and job security as government looks to cut its provision of services.
