The Isle of Man is pitching the most "lucrative" nurse incentive package on the market - according to the lead nurse heading up recruitment at Noble's Hospital.

Wendy Spiers says the competition against rivals like the UK, Australia and Canada to fill posts is hotting up - but the Island has higher financial return.

Recruitment drives are taking place across the British Isles in places like London, Manchester, and around Ireland.

Salaries range between 27,910 Euros and 35,385 Euros - with over 7,500 Euro offered as part of a relocation package.
