Climate board deputy chair says effects can't be ignored
The Isle of Man can't afford to ignore the effects of climate change.
That's according to the Deputy Chairman of the government's Climate Transformation Board, Legislative Council member Paul Craine.
He says the Isle of Man is similar in size to places in the UK such as Chester and Durham and it would be wrong to think we could just opt out of global efforts to mitigate the effects of climate change.
