
The Isle of Man International Development Committee has donated £100,000 to an appeal tackling the Ebola crisis in West Africa.
The government committee is responsible for funding aid projects and for providing donations to international emergency or disaster appeals.
More than 13,000 people have been infected by the disease, with over 5,000 losing their lives.
In a statement, chair of the International Development Committee Phil Gawne MHK urged others to donate to the appeal.
