Island 'cannot risk' getting Bluetongue disease

Viral illness can affect sheep and cattle

The Island has been warned it 'cannot risk' getting the disease, Bluetongue over here.

It's spread by midges and is right across the UK.

Northern Ireland is still clear but it's difficult for Manx farmers to use that market because of limited freight sailings.

Manx NFU General Secretary, Sarah Comish, says whatever happens, restrictions won't be lifted soon:
