But parcel delivery will undoubtedly be the focus
The Isle of Man Post Office is 'going to go from strength to strength' in the coming years but will be more of a parcel business than a mail one.
That's the outlook of outgoing Chairman Stu Peters.
He says the shift has 'been on the cards for years' along with the digitisation and outsourcing of services such as vehicle licencing and MiCard.
Speaking to Manx Radio the Middle MHK says 'very few people send letters anymore':
