Reports of blood clot side effects causing concern
The Isle of Man will follow the UK's lead if medical professionals stop administering the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine.
It follows reports of some people suffering blood clots.
The European Medicines Agency is holding a media briefing today (7 April) to discuss the latest evidence.
