Union responds to claim
A senior teaching union official says the idea the Isle of Man is being used as a test bed for future negotiations elsewhere is 'fanciful'.
Rob Kelsall of the National Association of Head Teachers has been responding to claims any deal agreed here will be used as leverage for negotiations elsewhere in the British Isles.
The NAHT is one of three unions currently in dispute with the Department of Education, Sport and Culture.
Mr Kelsall says what's being done here is not with one eye on what it could achieve elsewhere:
