The Island needs to take careful note of the messages in George Osborne's Budget.
So says Tax Director at PWC in Douglas, Kevin Cowley.
He agrees with Treasury Minister Eddie Teare that it was a "very political" budget and adds that the message it sends echoes what we're trying to do here.
