MLC to raise issue in Tynwald
An MLC says an apparent growing financial divide in Manx society has prompted him to bring up tax in Tynwald tomorrow.
David Cretney will ask the treasury minister what his policy is on ensuring the income tax regime here is fair to all and transparent.
Mr Cretney says statistics on free school meals which were recently released are the latest indicator which seems to show the gap between the haves and have-nots is widening:
